Eligibility
To enter, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).
- Have a valid AKOOL account.
- Be eligible to participate under your local laws.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of AKOOL are not eligible.

How to Enter
To enter the contest:
- Create an original video using Seedance 2 exclusively within AKOOL.
- Publish your video publicly on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
- Include #AKOOLClash and tag @AKOOL (where supported).
- Complete the official submission form.
- Submit your entry before September 15, 2026.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

Submission Requirements
Your submission must:
- Be your own original work.
- Be created using Seedance 2 exclusively within AKOOL.
- Be publicly viewable.
- Be a completed video (no placeholder or test renders).
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
- Not contain copyrighted material without permission.
- Not contain hateful, illegal, explicit, misleading, or offensive content.
Only one prize-winning entry may be awarded per creator.

Creator Bonus
Every qualified submission is eligible to receive a $100 USD Creator Bonus.
The Creator Bonus is separate from the Creator Clash awards and does not affect eligibility for contest prizes.
To qualify, you must:
- Meet all contest eligibility requirements.
- Submit an original video created using Seedance 2 exclusively within AKOOL.
- Publish your video publicly on at least one eligible platform.
- Include #AKOOLClash and tag @AKOOL (where supported).
- Complete the official submission form.
- Submit your entry before the contest deadline.
One Creator Bonus per creator.
The following submissions do not qualify:
- Duplicate or multiple submissions from the same creator.
- Test videos, placeholder videos, or low-effort submissions.
- Copyright-infringing content.
- Content that violates AKOOL's Community Guidelines.
- AI-generated spam or submissions created solely to claim the bonus.
- Entries submitted after the contest deadline.
AKOOL reserves the right to determine whether a submission meets the qualification requirements. Creator Bonuses will be issued after eligibility has been verified.

Judging Criteria
All entries will be evaluated using the following criteria:
40% — Creativity
Can people immediately tell this idea is unique?
30% — Execution & Production Quality
Quality, pacing, editing, and overall execution.
20% — Storytelling
Did the video create emotion, interest, or engagement?
10% — Effective Use of AKOOL
How well does the submission showcase AKOOL and Seedance 2?
Judges' decisions are final.

Creator Rights
You retain ownership of your work.
By entering the contest, you grant AKOOL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to feature, display, reproduce, publish, and promote your submitted content across AKOOL's website, social media channels, marketing campaigns, advertising, presentations, and future promotional materials, with creator attribution whenever reasonably possible.

Disqualification
AKOOL reserves the right to disqualify any submission that:
- Violates these Official Rules.
- Contains false or misleading information.
- Infringes upon the rights of another person or organization.
- Contains illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.
- Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the contest.
- Is submitted after the deadline.
General Terms
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- AKOOL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time.
- Creator Bonuses are awarded only after a submission has been verified as a qualified entry.
- Contest prizes and Creator Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash alternatives or other items.
- Winners may be required to verify eligibility before prizes are awarded.
- Taxes, fees, and reporting obligations are the sole responsibility of each recipient.
